With Our System, Suomen Myymäläkaluste Keeps Track of Their Equipment:
Maintenance
The mobile app includes a device-specific inspection checklist. Each device has predefined checkpoints that are reviewed during maintenance. Any issues or defects are recorded, so the entire team always has up-to-date information on the equipment’s condition.
Since this data is accessible to all technicians, it’s easy for one person to pick up where another left off. Once a device is serviced—or branded and ready for the customer—it can be shipped directly via the same mobile app.
Logistics
We’ve also integrated a customer-facing portal into the system, allowing Suomen Myymäläkaluste’s clients to monitor their devices and place new orders.
When a new order is placed, the system immediately alerts Suomen Myymäläkaluste and reserves the appropriate device. After that, shipping can be approved in the mobile app—and the product, along with its packing slip, is ready to go.
